1-1 1/2 lb. sweet potato

1/2 lb. yam

1 thumb ginger

2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut trash (if using natural coconut) or unsweetened coconut flakes can work too but its OPTIONAL

1 nutmeg

2 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cornmeal

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisins (OPTIONAL) I soaked my raisins in some white rum overnight


Topping:

All spices - 1/2 tsp of each

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 coconut milk rum from soaked raisins (OPTIONAL)

Ingredients

10 lbs. potatoes

4 cans milk optional

2 dry coconut

2 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp rosewater

1 tbs almond essence

1 tbsp nutmeg

1 tbsp ground allspice

1 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

salt optional


Tips : You can add a slice of yam or cocoa of choice optional, yam or cocoa when added gives a mouthwatering taste and very soft, always add a pan with water when using oven, bake at 250 for 30 minutes then adjust oven to 350 degrees until finished
