St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Oscar Taveras, 22, died Sunday in a car accident in his native Dominican Republic.
Taveras' girlfriend Edilia Arvelo, 18, also died in the crash in Puerto Plata.
Details of the crash are not yet known, but that the couple was drivig a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro.
