Instagram has flagged Buju Banton's account for disseminating "false information" about the coronavirus pandemic.

Buju claimed in his most recent post that a plan was in the works to release various variants of the Covid-19 virus over the next few years.

However, Instagram has since flagged the post, informing users that fact-checkers have done their due diligence and determined Buju's claim to be false.
