In the issue which features a special on food and drinks, the beauty talks about her favourite Caribbean dishes , including Garbanzo Bean Salad, Cod Fish Cakes, Salt Fish And Callaloo. She also shares her personal favourite recipes on how to make a mean rum punch and rustling up a shepherd's pie, Barbados-style.
