Trinidadian soca star Olatunji teams with Nigerian stunner Runtown for the new Afrosoca smash “Oh Yay (Remix),” now available worldwide from all major digital retailers (released on April 8, 2016), from FOX FUSE. Pulsating with a rich fusion of Caribbean and African sounds, this gem incorporates African drum beats with soca rhythms, making for the ultimate Caribbean-African crossover hit, which has been heartily embraced by folks across both regions.
The original version “Oh Yay” was featured on the iTunes U.S. Reggae New Music chart during its week of release and was the most popular soca track for the 2016 Trinidad Carnival season.
