Trinidad and Tobago-based hit house Optimus Productions TT brings sweet reggae music all night long with the SunDown Riddim, now available worldwide from all major digital retailers (released on April 8, 2016), from FOX FUSE. The album receives a coveted feature on the iTunes U.S. Reggae New Music chart, during its week of release.
The six-track compilation showcases local Trinidad and Tobagonian reggae stars and shines an international spotlight on the rich reggae scene there. Black Diamond expresses his feelings in “In Your Eyes,” ISasha reminisces with “Helping Hand,” Zebulun takes on love in “She Loves Me,” M.A.N. discusses life in “What A Morning,” and Cournel lends insight with “Living Rastaman.”
Optimus Productions TT was founded in 2013 and is based in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. Producer Jesse John creates all genres but primarily focuses on native Trinidadian sounds, which influences can be heard mixed with the one-drop reggae style of the SunDown Riddim.
