Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Coconut milk

1 banana

2 cups of frozen pineapple

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 Tbsp. sweetened flaked coconut (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Place the coconut milk, banana, pineapple and yogurt in a blender; blend until completely smooth. Garnish with flaked coconut then serve as is or put to chill.
