Jamaican Reggae Artist, Barrington Levy Releases "G.S.O.A.T, " a Single from his Highly An

Grammy Nominated Reggae artist Barrington Levy released a single, "G.S.O.A.T," from his upcoming album Survivor.

The video which premiered yesterday March 24 on Vevo was directed by Donovan Howard and filmed in various locations in Kingston, Jamaica, including communities such as Half Way Tree, Red Hills and Jungle.

It boasts cameo appearances by Reggae nostalgia, Sly and Robbie, Jah Screw and George Phang.

In addition to the track, the single is paired with a telling music video, speaking of perseverance, strength and the blessing of life.

The Survivor album is a collaborative effort among Black Roses Label, Stoopid Records (Slightly Stoopid), Platinum Camp Records and Zojak World Wide and is a follow-up to his 2015 Grammy Nominated acoustic project, Acousticalevy. Survivor will feature gripping collaborations by Grammy winning artist Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, and the lovers rock bonafide star, Beres Hammond and many more.

On the just released single, "G.S.O.A.T," the internationally famed artist sings, "We are the great survivors and we are blessed to be alive, ya'all;" a testament to an at times, tumultuous world. "We all have faced some difficult times in our lives. This song is for those people who have not crumbled under defeat. This song celebrates those who have the strength to carry on and be strong," says Levy.
