Responsibilities
Pull monthly analytics for client social media accounts and prepare performance reports with clear, human-written insights.
Organize and deliver end-of-month content folders to clients, ensuring all required materials are complete and properly organized.
Build production boards based on three-month content plans using established processes.
Monitor project calendars and proactively follow up on upcoming deadlines with team members and clients.
Support one-off administrative tasks related to social media campaigns and client accounts.
Maintain accurate data entry and content tracking across multiple projects.
Assist with organizing content, campaign materials, and client deliverables.
Communicate regularly with the team through daily check-ins.
Accurately track and log hours worked using designated time-tracking systems.
Requirements
Experience or background in social media, digital marketing, or marketing support.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with data entry, reporting, spreadsheets, or administrative tasks.
Comfortable working with social media analytics and interpreting performance data.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client accounts.
Proactive and reliable with the ability to work independently.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
Willingness to work morning hours aligned with Central Time.
Nice to Have
Experience with content calendars or project management tools.
Previous experience working in a marketing or social media agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
