Nassau and Paradise Island are two of the most visited and activity-packed destinations, while more remote areas such as Harbor Island and the Exumas tend to feel more laid-back. And since the Bahamas are just a 35-minute plane trip from Florida, it's an easy journey for guests. The high season lasts from mid-December to mid-April, while summers are sleepier. Although hurricanes are infrequent, they can occur, so it's best to avoid the area June through November. Need a great hotel for your big dayOne & Only Ocean Club, Paradise Island. BARTS: Anyone who laments the demise of the so-called beautiful people hasn't been to St. Barts in high season recently. Fashionistas and their ilk adopted the French isle as their Caribbean St-Tropez long ago, and they keep coming back for more of its fine beaches, beautiful buildings and superb food — all of which add up to an ambience that says the great life. That life is lived in elaborate villas and small hotels with swank names like Eden Rock and Le Toiny, at trendy watering holes, and in the boutiques and byways of Gustavia, the picturesque capital. A long residency requirement for official weddings precludes legally getting married in St. Barts, but there's no shortage of stunning settings for a ceremonial vow exchange in the Caribbean's capital of chic. DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: The D.R. is huge and varied, but for the purposes of an affordable Caribbean wedding, most plane rides lead to Punta Cana and Cap Cana, on the east coast. There you'll find endless stretches of palm-lined beaches that host an array of all-inclusive resorts, each virtually a destination itself, thanks to multiple pools, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and sports facilities. Different brands cater to every style and budget, sometimes within the same property; for instance, at the sweepingParadisus Palma Real, guests can either stay in the main hotel or upgrade to the Reserve next door, with luxe extras like private concierge service and Reserve-only restaurants. Best of all, these well-run complexes offer an array of wedding packages, planners and other onsite vendors to help you easily pull the whole thing off. JAMAICA: Jamaica is a great spot to have a non-traditional wedding. The locals are up for just about anything (within reason!). Start your lifetime memories in the ultimate location where Jamaica provide wedding renewals, receptions, cruise ship beach side, wedding packages and exclusive wedding planning services in a personal, beautiful setting that redefines what you both together. SAINT LUCIA: This Windward Island’s volcanic profile has been rising higher and higher in recent years, thanks to a deluge of new boutique hotels with a massive wow factor. Leading the way was Jade Mountain, a spectacular wing of the venerable Anse Chastanet, and neighboring Ladera, which just built an outdoor venue specifically for weddings. The southern Soufriere area is quieter and less developed. For more in the way of restaurants, nightlife and accommodations suitable for bigger parties, stay up north, where chic check-ins include three Sandals resorts and Cap Maison, seen on the finale of The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love. Saint Lucia is one of the Caribbean’s prettiest destinations, rent a car and make the most of it. Destination weddings take considerable planning and research, and the best properties & accommodations often book far in advance of the wedding date. The earlier you begin planning your wedding, the greater the likelihood you will be able to book the perfect property for you and your guests. Create an Amazon Wedding Registry

  • How To Spice Up Your sex Life

When it comes to sex do not be afraid to explore with your partner. There is no glass ceiling when it comes to pleasure. Even if you're already pro in the bedroom, there's always room for growth. TRY EVERYTHING ONCE: If you're in a long-term relationship you need to be more adventurous, as doing the same things over again can become stale. Change things up a bit now and then . There is nothing more exhilarating than the unexpected, so experimenting with different positions or introducing a toy might be all that is needed to put the "oh yes!" back into your lovemaking. TALK ABOUT IT: Do not be afraid to let your partner knows what you want. In subtle way say, “I wish you would...." Or, if talking is difficult, use one of the books you bought and circle a position or chapter or story that indicates what you want.. TRY A DIFFERENT POSITION EVERY MONTH: While the missionary position is the most comfortable position, think outside the box. Think of creative positions that both of you will enjoy doing . Some positions to try up against a wall, doggy-style or leaning over a chair. Get erotica, sex positions books, Kama Sutra for more detail positions NEW LOCATION: Leave the bedroom along for a while, and try to pick a place that you haven't have sex before as this will aid in the excitement and add an additional rush element to it. Head for the kitchen, the laundry room and maybe even your car. QUICKIES: A really fun way to spice up your relationship is to engage in quickies. These are great because there will definitely come a time when you don't have 30 minutes to an hour to space or you're simply just too exhausted to give it your all. However, they can be a little tricky. They are supposed to be spontaneous, but there are definitely ways to help them go more smoothly. HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH YOUR SPOUSE: This about making sex with your spouse playful, a game to be played to keep up the intimacy, fun and the connection. To start, all it takes is one simple steamy text message or note, or doing something completely different and unexpected. Start flirting with your spouse like you used to. Give compliments and stand in awe when he or she walks in the room. Meet each other in hotel rooms and make out in the back seat of a car. Life is short. Sex is fun. Go do it!

  • The health Benefits of Honey and Cinnamon

Folk wisdom still retains knowledge of the healing properties of both honey and cinnamon. Honey and cinnamon are still used as medicine in many situations, especially among people who, because of distance or income, have reduced access to mainstream health care. Honey possesses natural anti-bacterial properties. Honey poured on wounds or burns prevents infection and promotes healing. Regular consumption of honey and cinnamon together, when combined with an overall healthy diet and moderate activity level, can prevent heart disease by clearing clogged arteries. Drinking honey and cinnamon in lukewarm water results in them moving through the bladder and cleansing it, as well as clearing infections there. Drinking this beverage on a regular basis can also relieve, and in some cases entirely cure, arthritis pain. This drink also strengthens the immune system, helping ward off colds as well as some viruses. Applying a paste of honey and cinnamon to infected gums can ease pain and bleeding as well as slow the progression of the infection. When consumed together, honey and cinnamon can ease digestion, helping to prevent gas. Honey and cinnamon also provide energy, making people more mentally alert and ready for physical activity. • How to Know If a Man Is Into You

Women think men love to play guessing games when it comes to love and relationship, but it is not always the case. A guy may be crazy about you but he tries to hide his feelings because he is not ready to confess them. The signs that a man is into you may be right in front of you but you often fail to recognize it. Knowing what he's thinking and how he feels about you without asking him could erase all the confusion. Although every man is different, there are common signs he is romantically interested in you. So what are the tell-tale signs that a guy is interested in you? He calls you without a reason If your guy is really into you, he doesn’t wait a week after a date to call you. Instead, he calls you whenever he feels like it, even if it’s just to say hi and see how your day is going. He always wants you around When a guy is into you, he makes the effort to see you as often as possible. When a guy genuinely likes you, he wants to spend time with you, regardless of what you do together. He might call you just to hangout and watch movies at his place, get dinner after work, or meet just to see your face. He always makes time for you He will never too busy to call you or come to see you, he makes time for you. So if he calls you before heading out of town for a trip telling you he wants to see you before he leaves. He is definitely into you. Introduced you to his friends When a guy is really into you, he includes you in his entire life, that means you get to meet his clan. When he is really into you he will introduce you to his mother. Constant Eye Contact The eyes never lie, one of the signs that he is romantically interested in you can be seen in his eyes. If a guy has ulterior motives or just isn’t interested in who you really are, he won’t bother looking you in the eyes. You often caught him looking at you while you are doing something or when he thinks you are too busy to notice him gazing at you. He immediately looks away or does something if you caught him staring at you. He Listens If the conversation is always all about him or doesn’t ask you questions, seek out your opinion, and genuinely seem interested in what you have to say, then he has no interest in you. When a guy is really into you, he not only makes you a part of the conversation, but he also asks for your opinion, listens and responds appropriately. He is affectionate A man shows his interest through his body language. He will routinely touch your arm when he is talking, stroke your back reassuringly, and hold your hand when the time is right. These displays of affection show respect, intimacy, and interest. On the other hand a player may engage in inappropriate levels of PDA, a guy who’s really into you may be less demonstrative. Gets to know you If he makes an effort to know more about you, it is one of the signs he is romantically interested in you.
