Future has announced that his FreeWishes Foundation will host a benefit concert to raise funds and awareness for the Haiti's recovery. The rapper announced the upcoming concert on Instagram, along with an animated video describing the concert's intended impact.
On August 14, Haiti was struck by a 7.2-magnitude earthquake, which killed over 2,000 people and injured 12,000 more, causing widespread devastation throughout the country.
The concert, billed as the Haiti Benefit featuring Future, Lil Uzi & Friends, will take place on September 3 at Oasis Wynwood in Miami, Florida. For the 21+ event, general admission tickets start at $100.
The concert's net proceeds will benefit Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organization whose "mission is to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies."
