Shenseea's worldwide domination continues with her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion on her catchy new hit "Lick." The Murda Beatz–produced track includes a sample of Pupa Nas T and Denise Belfon’s “Work.”
It'ss first single Shenseea's upcoming album from her forthcoming debut album Alpha, due on March 11 (via Rich Immigrants/Interscope).
The not-so-subtle music video depicts a variety of lickable delicacies — lollipops, popsicles, and ice cream cones — placed against a cotton candy-colored backdrop.
Earlier this week, the duo teased the single by dropping its colorful art, with Shenseea decked out in a bright yellow wig as both artists arched their backs and posed seductively. “Get ready!! We gonna go crazy this FRIDAY!” the post read.
This is Megan Thee Stallion’s first single of the year and Shenseea’s second; the latter released “Dolly” on January 2.
