Jamaican superstar, Shenseea, is gearing up for her Coachella debut next weekend and has prepared her fans with her latest track, "Locked Up (Freestyle)". This new offering showcases the artist's fierce flow and is accompanied by an impressive visual, the first to be released from We Good production company.
In "Locked Up (Freestyle)", Shenseea flexes her wordplay, spitting rhymes like "Any man mi give mi p**sy haffi clean me, me's a gyal, nuh chase man, dem haffi chase me". She also shares about her journey from humble beginnings to rising to the top, rapping "And mi never born rich, but mi born fi change it, used to walk miles, now mi Lambo' a race it/ Upgrade to diamonds, comin' up from di islands, struggles mek mi fearless".
Shenseea's debut album, ALPHA, was released in March 2022 and has been a commercial success, featuring collaborations with top names in the industry such as Megan Thee Stallion, 21 Savage, Tyga, Sean Paul, and Offset. The album debuted at No. 2 on Billboard's Reggae Album chart.
